Assuming that you are travelling to Lisboa you should book at NH Lisboa Campo Grande. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

I have stayed for 5 days with my spouse. Beds were being big enough and the room was usually clean. The employees were extremely handy and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.
